Things I Need to Remember

Standard
  • Food was not designed to hurt me even though it seems that way
  • I am at a healthy, normal weight even though I feel like I am 1000 pounds
  • If I keep going down this road, I’m going to end up where I am going
  • Being 88 pounds is not positive healthy goal despite the fact that I want it more than anything
  • People love me, they care about me, and they want to help me 
  • I am not a burden
  • I am not alone
  • I can still do this
